Business Problem:  In the past 3 months, Grand Cypress Hotel has experienced a notable decline in customer satisfaction, marked by a 20% decrease when compared to the satisfaction scores from previous years.

Solution: The primary goal was to increase overall costumer satisfaction ratings by implementing improved communications and service skills.

Audience: New hires and existing employees

Fitness and Nutrition

Purpose: This course was specifically designed with the intention of providing individuals with the tools and knowledge to enhance their well-being, regardless of their current fitness level. The design of the course incorporates various elements that can be adapted to different fitness capacities and needs, ensuring that everyone can benefit from it.

Problem: There is a lack of widespread awareness regarding the advantages of personalized and effective fitness programs. Not many individuals comprehend the positive outcomes associated with such programs. Individuals are often hesitant to embark on a fitness journey due to lack of information, knowledge or uncertainty.  

Solution: The goal is to empower people at various stages of fitness proficiency, catering to beginners as well as those who may already have a higher level of fitness, to promote a healthier well-being. 

Enhancing Lab Safety

Purpose: The purpose of this e-learning course is to educate laboratory personnel on the principles and best practices of lab safety and hazardous material handling. The course aims to enhance awareness, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, thereby creating a safer working environment in laboratories. 

Problem: Laboratories often house hazardous materials and complex equipment, posing significant risks to personnel if proper safety protocols are not followed. Common issues include:

• Inadequate understanding of safety procedures.

• Improper handling and storage of hazardous materials.

• Lack of knowledge about emergency response protocols.

• Non-compliance with safety regulations, leading to potential accidents and legal consequences.

Solution: The e-learning course will employ an immersive approach to lab safety education, combining interactive modules with practical, scenario-based training. Regular knowledge checks and interactions will reinforce key concepts, while resources, such as safety checklists and job aids, will provide ongoing reference material.
